            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Education of Midland Unit School District No. 7, Marshall County, Illinois will conduct a Special Meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at Midland High School, 1830 State Route 17, Varna, Illinois  61375.  The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct the business set forth on the Agenda below:
