Grading Policies:

Work is completed at the computer during class. Students are expected to do their own work. Be prepared for an occasional homework assignment. Student work will be saved in the student’s private folder on the network.

In the event a student is absent, it is the student’s responsibility to ask the teacher what was missed and what needs to be made up. Students are then given a specific amount of time to complete the assignment.

The class consists of practicing new skills and then completing projects. Most exams are project based.  Occasionally, written quizzes are given.  The grade 7-8 MMS grading scale is used for computer class and the class has full weight in the student’s GPA (grade point average).
