Outlook Express Tutorial

1.  Open Outlook Express by double clicking on the Outlook Express Icon  

2.  Outlook will check for new mail when you first startup.  You can always force a send or check by clicking on the Send/Recv toolbar option.  Try it, click on the Send/Recv option.
