Steps to follow if you want to check if a senior has missed his/her five days allowable for semester exams.

Go into Schoolmaster (attendance program)

Go to Report

Go to Enrollment/Attendance

Choose Section Roster Attendance

In the box first choose Sequence

Choose Course(s) at the bottom of the box

Find your classes (you can choose more than one at a time by holding down the control key and clicking on your class

Click OK

Click OK again

Now choose Date Range

The starting date is 8/18/06

The ending date is 12/19/06

Click OK

Now choose Periods

You can choose which period you want it to print or just select all

Click OK

Now choose Absent Codes

Select All

Click OK

Choose Print

You can print on screen or actually print on paper whichever you choose

**Remember: SV – school visits don’t count as a day missed for seniors

                     FT – Field trips don’t count as a day missed

                     Seniors can miss six days if one day is a DR (doctors excuse)

Close the screen when you are done.
